Sometimes we see many good and bad things happening in our daily lives.
What do you do when you see:
a badly parked car
a supermarket trolley in your neighbourhood
water leaking or flooding a pathway
dumped furniture??
How do you solve these problems? Do you call the city council and wait for a long time? Or does it worry you but you could just ignore what you saw??
It is very frustrating. We want to do something, but we don't have the time or effort.
I had a great life lesson, so I want to share it with everyone!! When I had a dog walk, I saw leaking water from someone's pathway. It was flooding, so it must have been leaking for a while. I tried to find the resident, but no one was there. Luckily the Citycare workers were just around the corner working on their job. I spoke to them, and the guy showed me an app called Snap Send Solve.
This App will solve the problem that you see!! Basically, you take a photo and send it in, and someone will solve the problem. Any report will report to the local councils, water authorities, power companies, government organisations, and universities, whoever the issues belong to.
I thought it was a great App! No more worries and frustration! We can always help something in a good way, and your action can save a lot of waste so we can care for our city!
