Shipping Policy

We normally ship items in 1-3 working days from Christchurch. The shipping cost rate is overall $5.50 within New Zealand, including rural areas. However, we are encouraged to eliminate transportation costs and packaging processes; the items may be directly sent by Fabwrap stuff member if you are located in Christchurch or you have a free Pick-up option.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address; it happens when the computer fills out the form, and it automatically uses the old address.

Return & Exchange Policy

I believe you understand the condition of the products as you purchase this upcycled product as they may contain small marks or stains, etc. However, if there are any defects or faults, please get in touch with a photo, and I will arrange for a replacement to be sent out. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or refund purposes. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Please note that returns will need to be sent with your cost.

If the item is damaged or if you see any issues regarding the item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The refund process will be after the item is returned to us, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to you within 5 working days.
